At Pup Splendanas, every order  is carefully prepared with love and attention to detail to ensures your pup receives something truly special.

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are processed before shipping:

  • Standard knit designs: 3–5 business days
  • Custom or made-to-order designs: up to 14 business days 

Processing times may vary during new launches, holidays, or high-volume periods (On-Peak Seasons can take up to 21 business days).

 

SHIPPING TIME 

Once your order has been shipped processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Please note that shipping times are separate from processing times. We are not responsible for the lost or stolen parcels once they are dropped-off at the courier.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

For International Orders, your shipping time will vary based on your destination address (First Class Mail International). We cannot guarantee that you will not incur additional charges such as customs taxes or duties. These charges may occur once the package reaches its destination country/address. The international customer is responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that some countries may apply. For international orders.
